Our company is a 3D drawing company that replying support cases with inline image is a mush.
Yes, we are able to reply with inline images using Outlook and manually archive the email thread into Sugar.
However, we tried that workflow and find out some problems.
1. Supports have to consistently switching between Sugar and Outlook.
2. Supports have to choose where email address to send out reply. It leave a room for the support to reply with his own email address that is not automatic archived to Sugar. [human error 1]
3. Supports forget to archive the email to Sugar [human error 2]
It turns out that if we are able to reply directly within Sugar, we are able to prevent there problems.
Are there any workaround to embed inline images from Case email reply?
