Currently, I'm facing a huge problem with our mail notifications triggered by a customized process definition. For some reason, one that gets assigned to a lead doesn't get notified about that even though I explicitly defined it in the automation process. However, this problem is limited to some users only. Because, when I as an admin gets assigned to a lead, I'm receiving the customized notification.
What I already found out is that the problem occurred after February 12th…I also found the error message in the log files. It says:
"All email recipients are filtered out of the email recipient list."
What does that mean? I'm using Sugar 18.104.22.168 as a cloud-based instance with SugarChimp running as a plugin.
