Process showing false "Complete"

Yesterday, a process that's been working for a few weeks started showing the status as "Complete" even though the preview shows the process waiting for a receive message or 14 days before a date field.  The process actually continues as designed and terminates when any of the conditions are met.


I have an open case, and support is trying to figure it out - the last suggestion was "live with it" - If a process is in Progress, I think it should show that it's in Progress!  I don't want to look at each one to see if it really is complete - I have more than 100 in progress.


Has anyone else seen this issue?  Do you know how to fix it?
