Syncing not grabbing all guests from Outlook -> CRM

Hello there,

 

We're using the new outlook Plug-in 2.4.4, build 18.01.29.17. 

 

I'm attempting to sync a Calendar appointment I have where all the attendees are considered Employees and all have an account in Sugar. 4 out of the 6 contacts were sync'ed to sugar for some unknown reason, the other 2 were left off. The employees all have their email addresses associated with Sugar, I don't see any reason why this wouldn't show the attending guests properly. I had a colleague try to sync the exact same meeting, and got 3 out of the 6 guests instead.

 

Additionally, if there was a contact NOT in sugar, would a contact still get created? There would be people attending the meeting but the Outlook plugin shouldn't just drop them off the meeting when syncing to Sugar, correct?

 

Not quite sure what's going on here, any help would be appreciated!
