Trying to setup the Android app and I ran into this road block.
I get the same message. It seems the app is only available for the commercial version
There may be other free solutions though on GPlay.
"Note: Commercial editions of Sugar running version 7.7 and above may be accessed from SugarCRM Mobile."
The URL of the Sugar Instance should be similar or the same as the URL used when accessing SugarCRM via a web browser. As an example, if the core application is found at 'https://crm.mycompany.co.us' then I would need to enter that URL into the SugarCRM Mobile application.
I would recommend reaching out to your SugarCRM Administrator for additional assistance.
As stated in another reply, you must be using a commercial version of SugarCRM 7.7 or greater.
