The full error reads as followed: " Error occured while performing synchronization. System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0xC6240305): The systemadmin has limited the number of items you can open simultaneously." There is more text but the error won't show completely and scrolling or enlarging the window ain't an option. 


The configuration of Sugar CRM plugin runs seemless, connection test works perfect. But the moment I click on "Sync all", the above error shows up after the loadingbar has been going for 2min.


Since this error I have reinstalled office and the Sugar plugin multiple times. 

Doublechecked the Windows Office updates but no results. 


Has anyone else encountered this issue? Please be so kind to share!
