As part of our commitment to maintain a secure hosting environment, we must perform emergency operating system level patching of the Sugar On-Demand environment. This patch application will cause the unavailability of your Sugar instance for up to 30 minutes in order to address a critical flaw in the Intel architecture. We strive to make these kinds of changes during our regularly scheduled maintenance window, however, in this case the issue has been deemed serious enough not to wait for the next window. Due to the nature of this issue, we are unable to allow customers to request a reschedule.
