Here's an example.
I'm on a contact record named "Kayla Ebert".
I click Add Phone call from the contact record. Instead of the call being related to the contact, it's related to the company the contact works for.
When you click save, the phone call still shows up under the calls subpanel under the contact but we need the call to automatically be related to contact. Right now, the user has to manually switch it from Company to Contact and look up the contact name.
Is there a way to fix this?
