Outlook not syncing calls

Hi,

 

I recently changed my laptop and cannot seem to get the sync working again, I have gone through all the steps in the document but all of the tabs are showing a last update on the 30th of November.

 

I'm on outlook 2016 (Office 365) and we run SugarCRM Professional, Version 7.10.1.0 (Build 181) (Fall '17)

 

The connection works as the side panel shows contacts, calls and accounts etc, its jus the sync which is drivind me slightly crazy
