How do I determine team in an advanced workflow or business rule?

I'm trying to implement an advanced workflow on a contact which adds a different related task based on which team the assigned user is in.


My initial idea was to have a business rule which evaluates the team which the assigned user is in, which could be fed into a gateway like so:


Unfortunately I can't choose the 'team' field as a condition column in the business rule. Has anybody tried to do anything similar before or have any ideas?
