We use the email archiving feature to post email correspondence to Sugar, and I find it's very difficult to create reports related to emails.
Sugar provides a full range of related module fields to choose from, but these relationships don't seem to exist.
Any Email fields (Subject, Date Sent, Assigned to User, etc.) can be populated into a report.
If I try to add any sort of related field, even something as simple as the name of the recipient, no data populates.
I also can't create any filters based on a related module. For example, the Industry or Location of the recipient.
Do we have this problem because we use email archiving or is something else going on? How can we create these relationships?
