Report on Workflow Email Alerts

As an Alert Email is not a record in SugarCRM there is nothing to report later on. You need to create a records or flag while sending out that aler email for having the possibility of reporting.

Hello Greg, What Björn said is accurate. One way to make the alerts reportable is to include an action in the workflow for "Add Related Note". So when an email alert is triggered, a note is placed on the lead record stating, "Welcome email sent." Even if not reporting, this is a good practice for letting users know that an automated communication has occurred.
