I have a Workflow that sends an email to people letting them know that an Opportunity Note has been updated.
The email is captured as an activity on the Opportunity and appears in the History subpanel along with the Note itself. This essentially results in History 2 records every time a Note is added and clutters the History.
I could not find a setting in the Email Settings or the Workflow to disable the logging of the system email as an activity for the Opportunity. Any ideas for how to accomplish this?
