Outgoing Outlook emails archived automatically?

Thanks Harald Kuske, appreciate that. Yes, we are aware of the Conversation automatically archiving. Some of my users just wanted to take that one step further: Auto archive ALL emails to certain Sugar contacts from the very first email. But that is probably too tall of an wish order

Perhaps something for the "ideas" section of this community?

What about the SNIP service? Could it be a solution to define some Outlook rule to redirect all incoming and outgoing emails to the SNIP service or an own group mailbox which will import the emails to Sugar?
