Won opportunity is not showing up in ROI figures on the Campaign

Hi Kristjan Geir Mathiesen,

Once an opportunity is at "Closed Won" status, it should appear under "View ROI" in the related campaign record. I tested this in a stock install of Enterprise 7.8.2.1, and this functionality seems to be working as intended.

What version of Sugar are you using where this issue occurs? Are you linking the opportunity under the stock relationship to the Campaigns module, or are you using a custom relationship?

I think this has been happening in ver. 7.8.x-7.9.0.1 (which we are currently running). I don´t remember changing the relationships between Opportunity and Campaign so they should be stock.

We did, however, rename the display label on the field "Likely" to "Amount" in Opportunities:

And Sales stage "Closed Won" to "100% - Closed Won": 

Could that be causing this behaviour even though I only changed the display label in both cases?

I do not believe that changing the label would cause this. I tried testing in a stock 7.8 and 7.9 instance as described, but the data displays correctly under the linked campaign.

Are you using Revenue Line Items? If so, then you will need to ensure that all RLI's under the opportunity record are set to "Closed Won" before it will appear. If you are already doing that, then I am wondering if you have any customization that may be related. If you could create a support case, then we could assist in looking through the file system and to attempt further troubleshooting.

As informed in the support case this issue has been documented as defect #74097( https://web.sugarcrm.com/support/issues/74097 ) that we are working to address in a future release of Sugar.

Hi, I just stumbled upon this chain and wondering if there is any workaround for this bug? I would like to use this feature, but it's pointless if the ROI information doesn't populate in the campaign. 

Hi Jacquelyn Lane  We havent found any   We are a little bit discouraged since the support issue is over 2 years old but maybe... Or maybe Sugar is waiting to re-write Campaigns in Sidecar and fix it then...  Let me know if you find a workaround.  Thanks, KGM

This is so annoying. I HOPE they are revamping it because it's clunky AF, but I don't understand why they wouldn't fix such a simple, yet fundamental issue.
