Campaign Bounce Back Problem - Office365

Good Afternoon!

 

We're using an Office365 mail account with our campaign marketing and I can't get Bounce Back emails to process properly with Sugar.  

 

The problem is that the original email containing GUID is returning as an attachment in the bounce back email.  Sugar can't look "into" the attachment for the GUID, so it doesn't realize that it is a bounce back email and doesn't process it.  

 

Is anyone familiar with Sugar <-> Office365 and how to set this up so I don't have to manually process all of these bounce back emails?  

 

I've tried the different DSNConversionModes and they either only include the header or just include the original email as an attachment.
