Can anyone help here...
Sugar stopped receiving email into its various inboxes at 11:59PM on Tuesday 22 Aug. We have a handful of different email addresses that we access via SugarCRM (we're on the Community edition). We can access email OK via webmail, so it's just a problem with Sugar.
Sadly our IT guy is on holiday so I'm trying to figure this one out with almost zero technical knowledge - excellent. I suspect there's an authentication problem somewhere or a 'rogue' email that's causing a blockage - I think that's happened before. A handful of emails have actually arrived in the inbox in the last 24 hours but only a handful so the problem persists.
If anyone has any bright ideas please send them over - thank you!
