Our link to our On-Demand Sugar Session does not open when using IE. BUT open fine with Google Chrome
James Withrow -- If this is a sudden change (which sounds like it is based on your comment here), were there any changes to your instance since last time these users were able to log in (new modules installed, any settings to changes, etc)? You also may want to check if there are any kind of developer tool console errors for the IE users and verify that this affects all IE users. Checking for these errors in Chrome could help too (maybe they appear in Chrome, but are not affecting the instance in the same way).
Some of the troubleshooting guides in our Knowledge Base may help, including Troubleshooting Blank Pages and Partial Page Loads and Troubleshooting Insecure Content Warnings.
Thank for helping me with this.
None, that I am aware of. The same link works fine in Google Chrome though.??
It does affect other users who try IE.
We have had several clients mention issues when using Sugar in IE, which are resolved when they switch to any other browser. Anecdotally, our users have reported problems with speed and performance when using IE, as well as blank screens and problems in the Admin area. As such, we now recommend to our customers to use any browser apart from IE. As an aside, it does not appear to matter which version of IE they're using - it seems to be across the board. I don't know whether this is "official", but it does seem to be the case in our experience.
