Outlook plug-in contact synch

How to reset the synchronisation or to force a full synchronisation with Outlook Plug-In.

The application found 1733 contacts to synch but 0 contacts added to Outlook.

SugarCRM Instance: Sugarm CRM 6.1.2 Build 5555

Application Sugarcrm Outlook Plug-in Version 14.04.01 Build 1152 with Outlook 2016 32 bits on Windows 10 Pro.

Hi Real,

I suspect that this is the SOAP API but because you are on a really old version of Sugar, which is no longer supported, it would be extremely difficult hard to identify. If you would like assistance upgrading to the latest versions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
