Custom email template is not coming in mail through Workflow

Hi,

 

I am using sugarcrm version 7.9.0. I have created two workflow one is through Workflow management and one is through Advance workflow (process definition). I have created custom email template for both.

 

As my condition matches it fire mail to the corresponding user but i am not able to get the mail with custom email template.

As i remove or un-select the custom email template i am getting sugarcrm default workflow email.

 

 

Please suggest.
