How can I style the iOS actionsheet?

In one of our form views in the mobile app, we use the dialog.actionsheet to allow users to select from a list of possible values.  Unfortunately, some of these options have character lengths of up to at least 50 or 60 characters which triggers a font-size modification for each row, with ellipsis appearing when the character length and minimum font-size combination exceeds the screen width.  I have attached a screenshot detailing the observed behavior.

Is it possible to disable/modify this behavior on the actionsheet so that either the different labels wrap to the next line, truncate at the max screen width, or a different custom treatment is added?
