I cannot access my sugarCRM community edition - Please help

I access my SugarCRM everyday with no problem.  For the last 2 days I have not been able to access it. I enter my username and password as usual and click log in and it jumps as if it should go to the next page but stays on the log in page and next to my web browser tab it says 'Not Secure'.  After that I cleared all my cookies and cache and it allowed me to log in - then I clicked on something and automatically logged me out with the error message: You have been logged out because your session has expired.

 

I have also tried on every web browser I can think of, and also on my other computer, I am having the same problem.

 

I contacted one of my computer technicians and he told me his is working fine. 

 

I hope someone can help me to get it back up and running! Please
