A client of mine has received an automated email from Sugar saying that a scheduled report has been deactivated. However she has personally deactivated any reports. The scheduled report name has just a series of letters and numbers and has no correlation to any report within Sugar itself.
I have checked how many reports have a status of scheduled on them and there are none. So my question is how do I locate the actual report in Sugar that has sent this automated email to the client?
I have looked at the tracker reports option but I cannot see any options for locating who has amended report settings?
Any help would be gratefully received.
