Planned Activities & Active Task don't show which account / lead is related to, just the title, so it's a bit difficult to match it by memory and need to be clicking to review. it. Can it be setted?
Yes it can be show IF the task is actually related to an account or a lead.
Where do you want to see the related information? In a list view or in a detail record or in a dashlet?
Hi Sara Moncasi
You can extends the view planned-activities in order to render additional informations.
The core view is defined at clients/base/views/planned-activities.
You can copy this folder into custom/clients/base/views/ and modify its php file.
Basically you need to redefine the following arrays:
$viewdefs['base']['view']['planned-activities']['tabs']['fields'] (Meetings) and
After finishing the change go to Admin -> Repair -> Quick Repair and Rebuild
Hi André Lopes how can I access to the clients/base/views/planned-activities in Custom? is this in the Developer side? Can't find it in my Admin access. Regards,
This is a development task, so you need access to the code in order to do that.
Kevin Cook I want to see the information in the "Planned Activities" and "My Tasks" dashlets.
(please see images attached on how it's displayed now). In a list view is working perfectly!
How did you create the Planned Activities and My Tasks pane in the center like that? I can't figure out how to split the space like that.
for the My Tasks Dashlet you can simply add the column in the dashlet settngs. if it is not available there you need to add it to the modules "listview" list you can find in admin -> studio -> Tasks -> Layouts -> Listview
1. Activate in list view
2. Adding it to the columns list on the dashlets preferences
3. Here it is
Also you can add the field to the search on admin -> studio -> Tasks -> Layouts -> Search -> Search for having it available as an additional filter criteria
For the standard dashlet "Planned Activities" I think you need to send an Enhancement Request" to SugarCRM Support or solve it via development way.

The List View solution provided by Bjorn will solve the immediate problem, but it would be great is SugarCRM looked at improving the standard dashlets as their functionality is very limited without this type of information.
