Our client has signed up to on-demand but the download lists within profile don't include any Outlook plugins. How do I make these appear? This applies to all users.
The plugin list is retrieved from the webservice call https://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/plugin_service.php?wsdl .
If your network does not allow to access this address, the list of plugins cannot be loaded.
If you click on the link above and nothing happens you should check your firewall.
