How do you evaluate today() in Advanced Workflows or Process Business Rules?

Hi all,


How do I compare date fields against today() in Advanced Workflows or in Process Business Rules?  


Calculated fields have the today() function, but there isn't such a function in Advanced Workflows/PBR.  


I then tried to use the 0d timespan in PBRs (Last_Automated_Email != "0d"), but that doesn't work either.


The goal here is to have automated mail rules that do not trigger if today() == Last_Automated_Email [date field], so that we prevent multiple automated messages going out on the same day.
