Create new call when current call has a field changes (status or disposition)

What I would like to do now is create a new call for the (account, opportunity, lead) once the current call is changed to a 'no-answer' or some other field is changed . I currently have a workflow that creates a call when a new lead comes in. The user calls and gets a 'no-answer', this is where I would like it to create a new call. 


How do you do this in advanced workflow in 7.8? I am new to AW
