Count number of last call attempts

We are attempting to count the number of times a lead has been called and the disposition is no-answer. This count should go up until the call gets a different disposition than no-answer. We are trying to generate call list based on this count and will use advanced workflow to create a new call in the future if the call was no-answer and the lead has been called less than 5 times or the user made a successful call.

 

term: no-answer is a mix of types (voicemail left, no answer) what ever we want that should indicate we should call them back.
