I'm learning advanced workflow and my first process is to to send some emails when the status of a Service Request (Case) has remained on a status of "Assigned" or "Modified" for 2 days and 5 days. However the follow up emails are sending when the the Service Request has remained on other status as well. I think the issue is wit the setup on the start Event but I can't spot it. I have attached some details.
