In the Account´s page, Lead subpanel:
Only the lead name is shown, but with no link (attached photo).
Is there a way to include the link of the Lead´s page?
The click through will only work on the name of the lead, not a company name. Check in the Studio under the Accounts Module> Lead Subpanel Layout and make sure the field Name is shown, this will show the PERSONS full name and this should be clickable.

I included the Name field in the Layout but it still doesn´t work.
And please note that in my case, the website is the name of the lead.
Another thing that I noticed is that the name of the Lead was changed for the same name of the account. Is this normal?

I believe that Sara is referring to the full_name field. If that field is not present in the subpanel layout, then the link to the lead record will not appear when viewing an account record. To check this:
If you have this set up correctly and the link is still not accessible, then I recommend opening a support case so that we can further assist you.

Please find attached what I already have activated (Lead Name), which responds, I guess to your "Full_name".
In this case all is correctly setted and still not working.
Here you can see that the URL, responding to "Lead Name" is still not clickable.

If you drag the "name" field from the hidden column to the default column and save, then does the link begin to appear in the subpanel?
