403 Errors When Logging Into Community

Hi All,

 

We received reports from some users who are receiving errors when clicking the 'Log In' button at the top right of the community. The error messages may be "We need a session token" or "We need a valid key" accompanied by "Server Error: 403 (Forbidden)". 

 

If you are receiving this error, please clear your browser cache to correct the issue. Please email community-support@sugarcrm.com if you are still having any problems.
