Case reminder

I'm trying to build a workflow that send an email if a case hasn't been updated within 2 weeks. I start with a timer that wait for 2 weeks. Then I have a business rule that evaluate if the "Date modified" is equal to or older than 2 weeks. If so, send an reminder email to the assigned person. I can't get it to work though. Any help is much appreciated.
