The original system administrator of our SugarCRM account has left the company and I have been put in charge. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove/edit her information (name and email) and change it to mine. Please help!

The previous user administrator had authenticated with user "admin" or anyone else?
Does his information had been saved only on his user or also on system settings?
What is the version and edition of your SugarCRM instance?

Do you have access to database? if yes username can be found in users table and password can be changed from there.
Or if anyone else in your team has admin rights check for that and ask that user to reset user password and change the details.
