Problem with PHP sessions in FPM server

We have a virtual server with some different hostings, each of them containing a SugarCRM CE 6.5.x instance. We have been working for a long time with no problems. Now our hosting provider wants us to migrate to a new virtual server based on FPM technology, which is supposed to enhance PHP performance and so on. After migrating some of the instances, we run into problems: in the new server, PHP sessions from different hostings are mixed or merged or confused or whatever... resulting in the following scenario:

1. User A in Sugar X logs in and works properly.

2. User B in Sugar Y logs in. From this moment, user A randomly sees GUI config and database data either from X or Y.

Any ideas on what is happening? Any clues? Our provider says us that the server is properly configured and puts the fault on the Sugar side.

FYI, we also have a wildcard SSL certificate that protects all those hostings, being every hosting a subdomain of the same domain (what allows us to use this unique wilcard for all the CRMs). Once again, our provider says there is nothing wrong with the SSL, but...

Thank you very much.
