Our sugar has stopped integrating with Outlook but only in Amazon Workspace. How would I go about getting this resolved?

For example, when you say that Sugar has stopped integrating with Outlook, are you using Sugar's Outlook Plugin or a third-party extension? If it is the official Outlook Plugin, what symptoms are you seeing when it is not working as expected?
