QuickCRM app not working with SugarCRM CE 6.5.25

I have installed QuickCRM Mobile Basic as an ios app and in SugarCRM CE 6.5.25. But when I try to log in through the mobile app, I get an error stating that: "This application requires QuickCRM Mobile Basic or Full installed in Sugar/SuiteCRM. You can get more information on QuickCRM Mobile at If QuickCRM Mobile is already installed, please check permissions on mobile and custom/QuickCRM directories". 


I have checked the FAQ page regarding permissions and had made multiple changes to my config.php file. I changed the dir mode and file mode and have tested many numbers. What else can I do at this point in regards to access the account successfully on mobile?
