Actions On Incoming E-mails

I understand creating 'Cases' from incoming e-mails, assigning the cases, etc.


Is the following possible?


We are new to Sugar and in a transition phase, moving our spreadsheet based order/shipping process to Sugar.  If an e-mail is sent to Sugar from our existing platform and there is a CSV file attached (or well formatted data in the e-mail) with Account information, is there a way an action can be taken to automatically import the contents of the CSV file or e-mail into Sugar's Account module?
