Inbound email configurations issue

When trying to save inbound email configurations (username, password),  request timeouts and password for the email account doesn't gets updated.  The page keeps loading but details are never saved.

 

 

Sugarcrm.log error details are something like this:

SCHEDULERS: could not get an IMAP connection resource for ID [ eb43cc51-7f52-1eb3-a2c7-556fcc0d2717 ]. Skipping mailbox [ name ].

 

Does anyone had this type of issue before?  How can I resolve this?

 

Any help would be highly appreciated.
