I have just imported a large number of contacts, calls and notes. The problems is that the calls and notes are not showing up in the contact history. Can anyone help me figure out what I'm missing?
Could you please confirm that have you mapped parent_type and parent_id fields of Note and Calls module during Import record to the CRM?
I think first you may have to import the Contact records then Calls and Note records to the CRM. and make sure that during import of Calls and Note module you may have to map parent_id and parent_type field to have Imported Calls and Notes under the Contact's subpanel.
