suppressed by address or domain test emails

Question asked by Ben Eversfield on Mar 12, 2017

I am being suppressed by address or domain on test emails which is painful as I need to send duplicates to our internal team to be able to test formatting. I've tried deleting the test emails and then sending again but it still suppresses them. Any suggestions appreciated. More info below.

Current set up:

We are using one campaign with two different Email Marketing Groups. We sent one two weeks ago and were hoping to follow up this week.

We have a campaign similar to what Alex mentioned a couple of years ago in the link below, so it is an offer. My concern is that it's a genuine offer to current clients and being filtered as spam. If so, what do we do to be able to send out such a campaign?

Some campaign recipients are showing up as "Suppressed by address or domain"

I've tried the suggestions on these previous posts:

Some campaign recipients are showing up as "Suppressed by address or domain"

When Campaign emails are sent again to the same Target list (of leads) without any changes whatsoever,  all emails suppressed by "suppressed by address or domain"
