Unable to sync with the server error

Hi all,

We've just moved our server to a new IP address. I've followed every instruction in this post: http://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Platform_Management/Cloning_a_Sugar_Instance_for_Testing/index.html.

Afterward, I'm able to log into the SugarCRM instance but after doing a QRR or doing some setting changes I'm thrown out and get an "Unable to sync with the server error" whenever I try to log in.

I'm using SugarCRM Ent. 7.7.2.

We would really appreciate any help.
