We use the process definitions to trigger an email when a task is updated on the status of in progress or completed. We use shortcodes in the email template to pull text from the task fields.
This works well at the moment on the First Update setting but if we want to go back and forth with a client it doesn't work well.
I want to change to All Updates but my concern is that even if we change on of the fields that is just internal and click save, the email will be triggered and update the client with the same thing they have already received.
My thinking is that if I can set it to All Updates but only trigger the email when particular fields are updated this will work much better.
