No time zone option available for users living in the Newfoundland time zone

Hi everyone, 
I have a crm user living in the Newfoundland time zone (Canada) who cannot find a suitable time zone to use among the available time zones in the user module of SugarCRM. 
Is this on the roadmap for SugarCRM to add in a future release or is there a fix available that we can deploy to our SugarCRM 7.6.x.x system?

Current Local Time in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada
