User Profile > Download section only shows hour glass

Hi Stefanie,

If you file a support case with us, we may be able to investigate further to determine the exact reason that the downloads tab will not load.  However, as a workaround, if you have a portal account on sugarcrm.com you can also download the plugins through the Download Manager at: https://store.sugarcrm.com/download 

Once you are on the Download Manager page, you can use the dropdown box at the top to choose "Plug-Ins" and then click on the header for the version number that your instance is running.  Each of the available plug-in links will then appear.

thanks for the immediate reply! I could download the plugin from the Download Manager, so thanks for the link and quick workaround. I will file a support case for our specific issue.
