I always thought a killer The specified item was not found. entry would be integrating with Amazon Alexa--"Alex, I just won BigCo!" I could see the opportunity being marked as closed won and, of course, a "gong" sound being played.
We have other partners that are also working in the space to bring AI to Sugar. I'm interested to know if the Enjay team is also working on this.
As italian partner we are working on it. At the moment I'm developing this integration for SugarCRM, I choose a chatbot service for manage intents and this can integrate so many platforms, we're going to show it (in part) tomorrow at our big event. The most complex part was code authentication for devices and platforms, also data persistence and session logics are complex situations but I'm working on it. I feel confident
Currently we are not working on AI but definitely in the future we will be exploring the potential of the solution.
Also it would be even better if we can have combination of Alexa+Siri+Cortana+Candace+Einstein altogether .

When I got in my car this morning, my phone told me how long it would take me to get to the gym. I never created an appointment nor asked for an update, but it saw that I regularly traveled went to the address that showed up in my address book. My phone noticed a trend in travel, that I was in my car, that it was a Monday. What kinds of things in CRM are similar to that?
