Trouble Deploying Custom Module on Sugar On Demand

In the On-Demand environment (newest Enterprise Version), when deploying a package from Module Builder it fails with the error "An error has occurred during deploy process, your package may not have installed correctly".

 

According to the link below, the cause of the failure has been narrowed down to the existence of one or more temp files in the package are tripping the package scanner as having "invalid extension". Removing the temp files resolves the issue.

I can't find how to do this in Sugar On Demand. Can someone tell me where I can access the temp files to delete and try to re-deploy? Thanks!
