How can I get call end dates to move in parallel with call start dates?

I have a workflow that adjusts the start date at set intervals based on user input, but whenever it happens a second time for a given record the end date does not adjust and the users have to manually enter one that is after the new start date. Is there any way of automating this process? #workflow #startdate #enddate
