I'm really scratching my head on this one as my googling efforts have not yielded results - apparently what I'm after is already a feature in Sugar, I just can't get it to work.
I have some inbound group emails set up, but the users do not see the trash or sent folders under that account. I have these folders mapped to the inbound email in setup, but they aren't appearing in the sugar client.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? We are running Sugar Community Version 6.5.24 (Build 509)
