Sugarcrm onpremise is taking much time as compared to online version. using rest v10 apis.
is it a known issue ?
its taking 7-8 times more time to fetch data using v10 rest apis
Alot of it will depend on how well the LAMP stack is setup. There are a number of PHP settings that can make a difference as well as available memory, mySQL, and the Elasticsearch element.
Could you please suggest, which type of changes can be done on memory, mySQL, and the Elasticsearch element, specific to sugarcrm.
If you could provide any link.
Hi Anup Kumar,
Please find below links for more info on this, this will help you.
Anup Kumar the links that Hemant provided are useful. It is hard to answer your question without knowing your specific setup, like for example IIS vs APACHE, mySQL on separate computer or same computer. I am a little shy also to throw things out there not knowing what your skill level ability is either.
But generally we make sure the following with our installations:
Use Zend Opcache opcode caching and give PHP lots of memory
We use Redis for session store, key store, and to let SugarCRM utilize it for it's caching instead of disk
We optimize mySQL my.cnf based on mysqltuner.pl suggestions and tools from Percona
We setup Elasticsearch as SugarCRM has prescribed
