How to send auto notification email to the sales person who sends an email to his customer,and when the customer responded back to the same email and the same reply is goes to the group email/global email inbox.

When a SugarCRM user sends an email to his customer from their contact/account. So when the same customer responded back to the same email which is going to the global account inbox. So we need to send an auto email notification to the same Sugar CRM user stating that you have received a new email from the customer. 

 

So is there any way to do this. Please suggest.
